• Charity organizations: can use song for free, but must give full credit to artist/producer
• Student projects for school/college: can use song for free, but must give full credit to artist/producer
• Commercials, In-house, company publications: for publications with less than 50,000 viewers exclusive rights suffice. Terms are to be discussed for larger publications.
• Websites (less than 100,000 monthly hits): leasing rights suffice
• Websites (other): must acquire exclusive rights
• TV/Movie: terms are to be discussed

Track Separation - Provides individually separated sound files (instruments), for in-depth mixing and mastering such as in a ProTools or Cubase session--an absolute must when mastering tracks in a professional, industry-level environment. NOTE: TRACK SEPARATION IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS, AND IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ALL BEATS.

Right of First Refusal - In the event that another party expresses the serious intent of purchasing exclusive rights of the same beat that you licensed, you will be informed and given 7 days to exclusively purchase the beat first. Right of First Refusal lasts one year from the time of purchase.

Beat Customize - Like a particular beat but you need the hook to drop at a different section of the song? Want us to add something in the intro or at the end? $15 gets a previously existing beat customized to your liking. Note: Not to be confused with Custom Beats which are tailor-made from scratch to the buyer's exact specifications. Beat customization is not availabe for all tracks.
